Course Description

This course will help you develop skills in understanding and feeling a deeper sense of embodiment. You will gain a greater felt sense of your organs, glands and systems as well as a broader understanding of the interconnectedness of the whole.

Through movement, breath, vibrational sound and meditations you will learn how to be more present with yourself on all levels.

As you learn how to be more present to yourself and felt sensations, you become more present to how your body actually is, rather than be in a foggy relationship with it. Your body loves presence, it thrives on presence. The power of presence will bring your cells and structures into a new consciousness and energy and it will revive your body’s ability to self-heal, self-regulate and establishing balance from within.
